About

I’m a licensed therapist (licensed in PA, MI, VA, FL, WA, AZ, CO) with an MDIV and MA in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (2007). I’ve completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am actively pursuing certification. I use the Gottman approach alongside EFT and other evidence-based methods to help couples move from conflict and disconnection toward deeper trust, healing, and friendship.

I work primarily with couples who feel stuck—those who love each other but can’t seem to stop the cycles of criticism, defensiveness, or emotional withdrawal. Many are dealing with the aftermath of infidelity, misaligned expectations, or years of built-up resentment. I aim to create a structured, safe space where each partner feels seen, heard, and invited into change.

My Christian faith informs my worldview, and I welcome clients who want to integrate their faith into therapy. I also attract many clients who hold conservative or libertarian values and feel most comfortable with a therapist who shares their values. Regardless of you background and beliefs, I promise to treat you with the honor and respect you deserve.

Outside of sessions, I’m a husband and father of three boys (ages 7, 13, and 15). Most evenings, I’m at a sports field, youth group, or school event. I play guitar on my church’s worship team and help with children's ministry. I also run a small eCommerce business, raise animals on our 20-acre homestead, and participate in a tech startup and bitcoin mining venture.
