Christina has over sixteen years of experience guiding clients in healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, stress, and much much more.

Her style is versatile. Christina uses evidence-based approaches in a warm, approachable manner. She is easy to talk to while also providing skills, strategies and guidance tailored toward each client’s specific need.

With a Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University and a long history of dedicated service in community mental health, Christina stands as a notable figure in the field.

Christina’s career is marked by her versatility and dedication to serving diverse populations. She has a proven track record of success with children, adolescents, and adults, adapting her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Her experience as an in-patient substance use counselor and her work in community-based homeless services reflect her commitment to addressing complex and often marginalized issues in mental health.

Christina is a Level Two Gottman Method Couples therapist and compassionate LCSW with Dual Licensure in Pennsylvania and California.

She draws from rich toolbox of therapeutic modalities. Her proficiency in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) allows her to provide comprehensive support for clients dealing with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her therapeutic approach extends beyond the traditional, encompassing Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction strategies, and a profound commitment to trauma-informed care. While this extensive advanced training is in her toolbox, she sees puts her clients needs and comfort above all else.
