I help individuals and couples break free from cycles of trauma, including childhood, infertility, sexual trauma, and autoimmune challenges. As an EMDR and somatic practitioner, I integrate body-centered approaches with research-backed methods like the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and solution-focused strategies for effective, personalized care.

With my background as a school psychologist, I also guide families in navigating complex dynamics to foster connection, understanding, and growth.
