I have been practicing as a therapist since 2009, helping couples strengthen their connection, navigate conflict, and build relationships that feel secure and meaningful. I am licensed in Georgia, California, and Hawaii, offering in-person sessions in Sandy Springs, GA, and telehealth for couples across all three states.

My work is grounded in the Gottman Method, and I am currently in the certification track, using evidence-based tools to help couples move out of distress and into greater understanding, respect, and emotional closeness.

I also integrate a Christian perspective for couples who desire it, creating space to live out their faith within the challenges of marriage. My approach supports both partners in growing individually while staying deeply connected, with attention to practical areas like emotional regulation, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

I provide a structured, supportive environment where both partners can feel heard, understood, and equipped to grow together.
