I’m a Licensed Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of Holly Tracy, Clinical Director at Peace by Piece Psychotherapy Ltd., as I wrap up the hours needed towards full, independent licensure in the state of Virginia. My work with relationships is rooted in systems and attachment theory and trauma-informed care, helping partners understand how their relationships, environments, and lived experiences shape their emotional well-being, everyday lives, and their connection with each other, especially during periods of stress, transitions, or disconnection. I take a supportive, affirming, and grounded approach in my work with relationships, and collaborate with the partners I see to develop practical tools and skills that allow them to work towards the goals they have within their relationship.
