About
Finding peace in a complex world often involves seeking answers to sensitive and sometimes distressing questions. Unexpected loss, childhood traumas, and relationship distress lead to anxiety, depression, and disconnection from others. My therapeutic work is The Gottman Method, attachment-based and is Client Centered to foster kindness, compassion, and respect for the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). I work with individuals, and couples. I have advanced training in infidelity and affair recovery for couples, betrayal trauma and partner recovery, as well as the use of EMDR with complex trauma and dissociation.
Our extended session format and couples intensive sessions offers flexibility and an opportunity for couples with complex schedules to engage in healing and progress in their relationships. Sessions are offered in 75 minute, 90 minute and 3-hour blocks.
