About
I work exclusively with couples, adults, and relationships of all types to support them as they navigate, explore, and heal in the areas of trauma, grief & loss, relationship strengthening, repair, life transitions, parenting, coparenting, identity work, and affair/betrayal recovery.
I have completed Gottman level 3 training and have most exclusively supported couples over the past 5 years. Couples/Relationship standard sessions are 90-minutes, extended sessions, and customized single or multi-day intensive (marathon) sessions.
My practice is trauma informed, culturally responsive, and diversity affirming. I am a queer, cisgender Japanese-American woman with lived experience navigating diverse family relations in the areas of both neurotypes and gender as a parent, coparent, and partner.
I also work with adult family relationship and/or adult significant partnerships. This may include working to overcome estrangement, attempts to avoid estrangement, business partnerships, friendships, and housemates in the areas of managing conflict and/or strengthening connections.
I do not accept or work directly with insurance plans; however, I will provide "Superbill" (detailed receipt which is sometimes reimburseable by insurance) upon request.
