My work with partners is focused on developing a compassionate space that enables people to identify and work through vulnerable issues, many of which have plagued people for decades. Partners often look for help to feel heard and find compromises that work. Gottman training and family systems informs my work in helping partners develop effective communication skills, manage conflict, develop intimacy, identify painful and problematic relationship patterns and work to restore or build a fun sexual and emotional relationship.
Clients describe me as warm, authentic, and grounding. I provide unconditional support and compassion, while always striving to create a safe environment where my clients can approach healing and growth with vulnerability and courage. I value culturally informed care and much of my work is with individuals and partners in the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
I enjoy working with sex therapy issues involving desire discrepancy, body image, sex during life transitions, and sexual and gender identity. I also love work with individuals who have ADHD and partnerships where one or more partners deal with ADHD.
I am honored to be part of your healing journey. Call me today to discuss teletherapy openings.
