Provides online therapy
call introduction and questions, appointments are 60 minutes to 4 hour session and 2 day marathon.
I assist couples sharing a shattered life who can’t find peace in their relationship. Allow me to share knowledge and develop a template to create moments of peace.
I work collaboratively with you two to design the sessions or the full day sessions to connect as friends, gain intimacy, develop admiration for your partner, lower conflict, repair in safe connection, and develop deeper communication.
Here are some frequently asked questions:
1. Do you see individuals for therapy? A: At times yes. More frequently couples desires solo assistance when stuck on their side of the process to improve the internal difficulty as well as the connection in your marriage. I provide solo sessions to each partner and then return into couples session allowing the most growth and lowered defenses.
2. Where are you located?
A: Online. Also, for those who want face to face, I am located on the north side of Cincinnati in the offices of Liberty Center.
3. What will happen at the first session(s)? A: Building safe and comfortable connection (virtually or in person.) We spend a session as a couple, and then in solo sessions discussing life events, your marriage successes, challenges, and goals for living a strong flexible relationship with your spouse. I will introduce Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy as the foundation for our direction.
3. What is in marathon sessions? A: A burst of therapy with clear communication for both people to understand each other and discover skills to use in daily living.
4. What is expected of me? A: You being you. And a wish to see different ways to interact, open to sharing within a safe environment. You know growth is possible (or you desire to have me share my hope for growth.) You want skills to experience more peace.
I believe in learning, understanding, and adjusting to meet your progress goals. Let's connect! I'm open to finding what will work well for you.
