I assist couples out of shattered life and into shared meaning. For the couple who can’t process a conflict without extreme shutdown in their relationship, allow me to share a personalized research-driven process to develop a path towards peace.

Couples have challenging communication and have intense careers to navigate.
Your sessions are in a comfortable professional space in Liberty Township, OH. With hotel accommodations and eateries for couples who desire an enjoyable stay during a marathon 2-4 day session. Some couples use this location and ask me to design a 1/2 day recharge the relationship session and 1/2 day date in liberty center.

Here are some frequently asked questions.
1. Do you meet with individuals?
A: At times, yes. Solo sessions are helpful when stuck. I provide solo sessions to each partner and then return into couples session allowing the most growth and lowered defenses.

2. Where are you located?
A: I The office is located on the north side of Cincinnati in the offices of Liberty Center.

3. What will happen at the first session(s)? A: Building safe and comfortable connection (virtually or in person.) We spend a session as a couple discussing life events, your marriage successes, challenges, and goals for living a strong flexible relationship with your spouse. I will introduce Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy as the foundation for our direction.

3. What is in marathon sessions? A: A burst of therapy with clear communication for both people to understand each other and discover skills to use in daily living.

4. What is expected of me? A: You being you. Be open to share within a safe environment. You want skills to experience more peace and how to handle tough topics while being yourself.
