About
I offer a steady, compassionate space for couples navigating the emotional impact of serious illness, chronic conditions, and the strain of caregiving. When partners are facing health challenges, the relationship often carries its own kind of weight—fear, miscommunication, loss of connection, shifting roles, or the feeling that you’re facing everything alone even though you’re “in it together.”
Couples come to me when they’re overwhelmed, hurting, or unsure how to bridge the growing distance between them. My role is to create an emotionally safe environment where both partners can speak openly, be understood, and feel supported as you navigate this difficult season side by side.
Together, we work to reduce stress, strengthen communication, and rebuild emotional closeness. Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing long‑term health changes, or feeling the burnout of caregiving, therapy can help you reconnect, deepen understanding, and rediscover the teamwork and tenderness that illness often disrupts.
