I believe relationships are a fundamental part of being human. They have the potential to bring such joy, security, and love, but also frustration, insecurity, and heartache. My job is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space so you and your partner can explore your emotions, expectations, fears, and dreams you have for each other and your relationship. In our sessions, you will gain a better understanding of yourselves as well as your partner, strengthen communication skills, and foster greater empathy and intimacy. 

My therapeutic approach is trauma- and culturally-informed. Each of us come from different cultural backgrounds and have lived unique pasts, and these influence how we show up in relationships. Greater awareness of these factors will shed light on the work we’ll do together.
