You've made it here, which means you've already done the work most couples skip. You know the difference between talking about your relationship and actually changing it. What you're looking for now is someone who can meet you at that level.

Level 3 is advanced clinical training in the Gottman Method—the full assessment process, specific intervention sequences, and the ability to track what's happening between two people in real time and respond with precision. I bring that alongside 15 years at NYU studying how people actually communicate—what they mean versus what they say, how arguments escalate through language, and why some words land as attacks when they were never intended that way.

Sessions are active and directed—you'll leave with a clearer picture of what's driving the pattern and something specific to do before you come back. Couples I work with typically experience fewer ruptures, faster recovery when they do happen, and meaningful improvements in communication and connection.

I work with heterosexual and same-sex couples, whether married, unmarried, premarital, or in long-term relationships. Affair recovery is a significant part of my practice. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, and relationship stress. All sessions are conducted online across 21 licensed states.
