Untangling a web of negative thoughts, feelings, and communication habits with your partner can seem daunting, which is why taking the first step of seeking help is so powerful. If you are new to therapy, it can be hard to know what to expect. I see my purpose as your therapist to gently guide you both as you learn new skills to strengthen a healthy connection with one another.
Through the use of the Gottman Method, we look at the cycles that have been challenging you. Ultimately, this will reveal the barriers to having a happier relationship and how to best overcome those barriers in a way that fits your unique needs as a couple.
