When conflict becomes repetitive, trust has been damaged, or you simply feel more like roommates than partners, it can be difficult to know how to move forward. I help couples slow the cycle down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and develop practical ways to communicate, repair, and reconnect.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Gottman Method Therapist with more than 25 years of experience. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply human. You can expect more than a place to talk: we will identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build skills you can use outside the therapy room.

I work with couples in conflict or crisis, couples rebuilding after an affair, partners preparing for marriage, and individuals seeking greater clarity and growth. I also understand the pressures carried by professionals, leaders, physicians, athletes, and ministry couples who need therapy to be both discreet and effective.

Faith can be incorporated when it is meaningful to you, but it is never imposed. People of every background are welcome and respected. In-person sessions are available in Denver, with online therapy throughout Colorado.
