About
I do not sit back and just listen to problems. I believe people want to be inspired and motivated to change and see what is getting in the way. My approach is to coach clients to their desired goal using their own strengths to get there. Couples who come to see me comment that they feel I am safe to be real with and that I can handle what ever they bring to the session. My passion for people is infectious and I am able help people get into their hearts well below the surface.
Currently I am one of handful of Certified Gottman Therapists qualified and trained to deliver all levels of the Gottman training. I also have put on over 70 Art and Science Couples workshops in Canada
