Have you noticed that couples therapy tends to look like this: You get anxious about the session. Fist, you talk, then your partner talks. You respond, then your partner responds. It goes nowhere. There's also not much direction or accountability from the therapist other than facilitating the conversation. So, you end up leaving each session feeling more disconnected than before.

I provide a different experience. I mean, let's be honest: You don’t really want a therapist who will just sit there and ask you, “and how does that make you feel?” You want someone who will call you on your B.S. if it gets in the way, actually challenge you to help you both fight less, grow closer and finally communicate in a better and more loving way. Someone who can actually propel your relationship forward.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve helped people overcome roadblocks in their life by becoming the best version of themselves – and I want to help you do the same. Growing up in Eugene, I come from a multi-generational family of psychologists and therapists, and have “breathed the air” of psychology, so to speak. I'm also one of the few Certified Gottman Therapists in the area, and I want to help the two of you make a real impact on your relationship for a change.
