My specialty is working with couples dealing with relational dysfunction such as gridlocked conflict, poor communication, lack of intimacy, affairs/betrayal, porn/sex addiction, and loss of friendship/romance.

I am also currently accepting couples interested in couples half-day, full-day or 2-day intensives (telehealth and in-person). Intensives are best suited for couples in crisis, impacted by an affair/betrayal, facing intimacy challenges, or couples who'd prefer 12 hours of therapy in 2 days versus 12 weeks.

A strong predictor of success in therapy is the connection between therapist and client, so I focus on building trust and rapport with each individual and couple. My style is friendly, compassionate, practical, and direct because I want you to see results.

My approach combines evidence-based techniques like the Gottman Method, EFT, ACT, and existential therapy, tailored to your needs. I'm happy to integrate spiritual/faith-based principles and discussions if desired.
