I am willing to help you explore those questions to help you learn and to stay curious. Therapy doesn’t just occur in the office, it’s a shift in perspective that changes the way you see the world. I base my therapeutic approaches on rigorous trainings, certification courses, and academic research.
I take that foundation and apply my real-world experience from years of crisis intervention, working alongside first responders, community behavioral health treatment, forensic work, and inpatient experience. I aim to learn about you as a person and your experiences to match a therapeutic approach that best fits the need.
I am a therapist, educator, leader, and licensed independent clinical social worker in Washington State. My mission is to help individuals, couples, families, and communities alleviate suffering. My vision is to help people grow from those experiences to live their fullest lives.
