We all have different challenges, trials and needs, each affecting us differently. I treat each person as an individual as I try to meet them where they are in their lives and help them work through the hard parts. I primarily use a person-centered approach, but, find other approaches valuable. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
