About

Are you feeling disconnected from your partner? Do you find yourselves stuck in the same conflicts, unable to communicate effectively? As a Certified Gottman Therapist, I specialize in helping couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection.
Relationships don’t come with an instruction manual, and most of us were never taught the skills needed to navigate them successfully. Whether you're struggling with conflict, trust issues, or simply feeling distant, couples therapy can provide the tools and insight to create lasting, positive change.
I take an active, structured approach tailored to your needs. Sessions focus on practical strategies, honest feedback, and evidence-based interventions to help break unhelpful patterns and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, I bring depth, precision, and heart to couples who want meaningful, lasting change—not surface-level conversations that go nowhere.
My work is active, structured, and collaborative. I don’t simply listen and nod; I help couples understand what’s happening beneath their conflict and give them clear, practical tools to change it. Sessions are focused, engaging, and goal-oriented, with ongoing feedback so couples can see real progress.
My background in substance abuse treatment, trauma therapy, and child and family mental health allows me to skillfully integrate these layers into couples work—especially when relationships feel stuck, painful, or overwhelming.
I welcome couples of all identities and configurations, including LGBTQ+ couples and those defining partnership in their own way. Culture, family history, and lived experience matter deeply in how relationships function, and I approach each couple with respect for their unique story. The goal is to learn new strategies so that you can enjoy your relationship.
