Delia Bancroft is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3 training. Her practice focuses on helping couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection using the research-based Gottman Method. She approaches each relationship through a trauma-informed lens, honoring each partner’s unique experiences while helping couples better understand one another and strengthen their connection.
Delia believes meaningful change begins with understanding. Even during seasons of conflict and disconnection, couples can rediscover connection and purpose. She is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where partners feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward together.
