I work with couples who want more than conflict management. They want to feel understood, connected, and alive in their relationship again.

My approach integrates Gottman Method Couples Therapy with advanced training in sex therapy, trauma-informed care, attachment, and depth psychology. I help partners strengthen communication, repair trust, navigate recurring conflict, and address the emotional and sexual patterns that often sit underneath relationship distress.

Many couples come to me when they feel stuck in the same arguments, disconnected from one another, struggling with intimacy, or trying to rebuild after hurt, betrayal, or periods of emotional distance. I also work with couples facing desire discrepancy, sexual concerns, life transitions, differing needs, and the impact of trauma on closeness and connection.

My style is warm, engaged, and insight-oriented. I help couples slow down, understand the cycle they are caught in, and build new ways of relating that support both emotional safety and erotic vitality. I intentionally keep my practice small so I can offer thoughtful, personalized care.

I offer couples therapy and couples sex therapy in person in Marin County, California, and remotely for clients located in California, Colorado, and Oregon.
