I am a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in NW Oklahoma City. I have been passionate about working with couples since my first couples client during my internship. I believe that any relationship can work, and that marriages can be successful! Often times, it seems, couples struggle to talk about the most vulnerable and painful things in their relationship which leads to struggles in all areas of their relationship. My focus is to facilitate an openness and vulnerability between partners that builds emotional connection and intimacy in hopes of cultivating a successful and fulfilling marriage.
I also specialize in Intensive Couples Oupatient Therapy, also called Marathon Couples Therapy. There are times that one hour, or 90 minutes, per week, is just not enough to alleviate the tension and pressure in a relationship. A multi-day intensive outpatient intervention is often needed to feel the relief couples are looking for.
