Couples come to therapy when familiar arguments, emotional distance, or unresolved hurts make connection difficult. I offer space to explore each partner's experiences and what happens between you.

My passion is helping couples move beyond simply managing conflict to understanding the deeper patterns that keep them stuck. I believe healthier communication is often the result of creating emotional safety, rebuilding trust, and helping each partner feel seen, understood, and valued.

I also believe lasting change comes from integrating the Gottman Method with an understanding of how each partner's life experiences have shaped the way they love, protect themselves, respond to conflict, and experience connection. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in your relationship, but why it's happening, creating opportunities for greater understanding, compassion, and meaningful change.

I tailor therapy to meet your relationship goals and challenges. Whether you're navigating chronic conflict, emotional disconnection, infidelity recovery, parenting stress, or simply wanting to strengthen an already good relationship, my goal is to provide a space where honesty, compassion, accountability, and hope can coexist.

I also offer private two- to five-day Intensive Couples Therapy in Oklahoma City, also known as Marathon Couples Therapy or Gottman Marathon Therapy. This concentrated format offers time to explore recurring patterns and relational hurts through Gottman Method tools, psychodynamic therapy, and intersubjective perspectives. Couples considering travel to Oklahoma City are welcome to start with a free 15-minute consultation. We discuss clinical suitability, scheduling, and next steps before confirming dates or making travel plans. My practice is independent and is not operated by The Gottman Institute.
