Hi, I’m Destinee. I help couples stop spinning in conflict loops, rebuild trust, find intimacy, enhace their sex life, and survive life’s chaos... yes, even the poop-and-diaper-level chaos of parenting. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2). I treat clients virtually across the state of Tennessee, which means whether you are in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, or anywhere in between, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home.

I bring research-backed tools, real talk, humor, and a trauma-informed perspective so sessions feel like a safe space, not a lecture. I have supported couples facing infidelity, postpartum and perinatal struggles, infertility, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and all the life curveballs that sneak into relationships. Therapy with me is personalized, practical, and focused on helping both partners feel heard, understood, and connected.

Together we work on communication that actually works, emotional connection that lasts, and trust you can count on, plus a few laughs along the way. My goal is to help couples navigate the hard stuff without losing sight of why they are together in the first place. I want therapy to feel approachable, real, and maybe even a little fun, because relationships are challenging enough without adding extra stress.
