Hi, I’m Destiny, a therapist based in Encinitas, CA, offering individual and couples therapy in person and online. I support individuals navigating life transitions, identity concerns, and patterns that impact self-esteem and emotional well-being, as well as couples who feel stuck, are preparing for marriage, managing ongoing conflict, or working to rebuild trust and connection.

My work with couples is grounded in the Gottman Method, helping partners improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen emotional bonds. My approach overall is collaborative, supportive, and human (with humor when it’s helpful of course). I integrate the Gottman Method with CBT, DBT, and ACT, alongside a strong mind–body focus, to help clients gain insight, build practical tools, and feel more grounded and confident.
