Hi, I’m Destiny, a Gottman-trained couples therapist based in Encinitas, offering therapy for couples in person and online. I work with partners who feel stuck in recurring conflict, are preparing for marriage, rebuilding trust after rupture, or wanting to strengthen connection and communication in their relationship.

My work is grounded in the Gottman Method, an approach that helps couples improve communication, navigate conflict more effectively, deepen friendship and intimacy, and build a stronger emotional foundation together. I provide a collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth space where both partners feel heard and understood (with humor when it helps).

Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical relationship tools, and create healthier ways of connecting so your relationship feels more secure, connected, and resilient. I look forward to supporting you both in session.
