Perhaps you feel stuck in never ending, pointless arguments or that you miss the friendship you used to have and are ready for a relationship reboot. My job-- to work with you to carefully clarify the challenges you are facing and find the solutions right for you and your relationship. Together, we will engage in a process that is highly collaborative, insight-oriented and goal focused.

As an MSW Registered Social Worker, I draw on over 20 years experience counselling individuals and couples and on Gottman theory and methodology to help you find your way to a more deeply meaningful connection.

During this time, I will talk to you about my practice, learn about your needs and answer any questions you may have of couples counselling with me.
