About

I am a Gottman Level 2–trained clinician with over 22 years of experience providing psychotherapy and relationship care. My work is grounded in the belief that strong, secure relationships are foundational to emotional well-being, and that couples thrive when therapy is both evidence-based and deeply human.
While I personally have limited availability for ongoing couples work, I am the owner and clinical leader of a large group practice in Michigan that specializes in high-quality, relationship-focused care. At our practice, couples therapy is never approached casually. We require all clinicians who work with couples to complete Gottman Level 2 training prior to seeing couples, ensuring a consistent, research-informed foundation across our team.

Our practice values depth, integrity, and intentionality. We believe that therapy should feel collaborative rather than prescriptive, compassionate rather than pathologizing, and structured without losing warmth. We are committed to helping couples strengthen friendship, navigate conflict more effectively, heal from betrayal and disconnection, and build meaning together in ways that align with their values and lived realities.
In addition to clinical excellence, we place a strong emphasis on ongoing learning, consultation, and support for our therapists, because we believe that well-supported clinicians provide the best care. This allows us to offer couples access to skilled, attuned Gottman-trained therapists even when I am not able to take new clients myself.

Couples who reach out to our practice can expect thoughtful matching, evidence-based care, and a shared commitment to growth, accountability, and hope.
