I am passionate about assisting you to improve your relationships in a non-judgmental atmosphere, to identify what is and isn’t working in current communication patterns, to gain self-awareness and skills that will help you make better choices, to look clearly at potential consequences, to problem-solve, and to help you learn healthy ways to cope with life challenges.
By creating a relationship where you feel heard, valued, and safe, I work to ensure that therapy becomes a place of self-discovery, where destructive thoughts and dysfunctional patterns are uncovered and new, positive skills and ways of thinking are learned to bring growth and restoration.

I have extensive personal experience in parenting (Mom to 7 children; 6 adopted; some with ADD), and have dealt with grief issues such as infertility and miscarriage, as well as pre and post adoption issues. I provide counseling to college students to help them discover their purpose and work through anxiety and adjustment issues, mentor individuals and provide them with leadership growth skills, and couples (premarital, marriage and affair recovery). I am a skilled, caring, compassionate, sensitive counselor who is committed to giving you exceptional care.
