I received my Masters degree from Columbia University and have been in the field for over a decade. In addition to being a Gottman 7 Principles Leader, I have also completed Gottman therapy trainings levels 1 & 2. I am passionate about working with couples and my number one goal is to support my clients in developing deep, meaningful connections in order to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. I see clients and couples in my private practice dealing with all the various issues that interfere with our abilities to connect and be understood. I show up to all of my sessions with my undivided attention, an open and nonjudgmental attitude, a sense of compassion, and my sense of humor. My practice also offers a variety of workshops and groups. The next workshop for couples and is being hosted on October 14th and 15th.
