About

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with more than 18 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, rebuild connection after betrayal, and create relationships that are emotionally safe, resilient, and thriving. I combine evidence-based methods like Gottman Couples Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed relational frameworks with a grounded, compassionate presence that meets people where they are.

I launched my private practice, Resiliency Trauma and Couples Therapy, PLLC, to help people see themselves as capable, adaptive, and worthy of deep healing. My work honors the courage it takes to step into therapy, especially in cultures and communities where vulnerability can feel risky, and helps clients build skills, perspective, and connection that actually last.
I’m trained in Gottman Method couples therapy, Discernment Counseling, Trauma and Affairs, and EMDR, and I tailor approaches to each individual and couple’s needs, blending modalities such as attachment-based work, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness where they serve healing best.

I also offer services in both Spanish and English.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationship, the work we do together will be rooted in clarity, safety, and real-world change, not endless analysis.
