About

Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, rebuilding after an affair, or feeling stuck in the same arguments, I work with you to understand the patterns underneath the surface and shift them in ways that actually last.

With over 18 years of clinical experience, I bring a structured, evidence-based approach grounded in Gottman Method Couples Therapy alongside trauma-informed care. This allows us to address not only what’s happening in the relationship now, but also how past experiences may be shaping present dynamics.
My style is active, direct, and compassionate. I have extensive experience working with: Couples recovering from infidelity and betrayal, High-conflict couples caught in repetitive cycles, Partners navigating trauma, anxiety, and emotional disconnection, and Couples seeking deeper emotional and physical intimacy.

In addition to my clinical work, my personal life has deeply shaped how I understand relationships across seasons. I remarried in 2021, blending our families, and also experienced the emotional journey of infertility, pursuing IVF in 2022 before welcoming our son in 2023. In a joyful and unexpected turn, we expanded our family again in 2025. These experiences have given me a grounded understanding of the grief, hope, stress, and resilience that many couples carry while navigating fertility challenges, parenting young children, and redefining family life.
These lived experiences allow me to connect with couples who are: Navigating infertility and family-building decisions, blended family dynamics, and Parenting young children while managing shifting roles.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a doctoral-level social work educator and offer services in both English and Spanish. I value creating a space that is culturally responsive and grounded in respect for each partner’s lived experience.
If you’re ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and do meaningful work on your relationship, I’d be honored to support you.
