I have a passion for working with couples at all stages of their journey—whether you’re dating, engaged, or married. I utilize the Gottman method to help couples foster deeper connection, build shared meaning, and navigate conflict in a healthy and constructive way. I believe that relational health is rooted in strong friendship, mutual understanding, and practical strategies for thriving together.

My clinical work largely focuses on the assessment and treatment of autism, provision of Gottman couples therapy, and the treatment of anxiety using CBT and ACT techniques. Because of this, I have a passion for working with couples where one or both parents are neurodiverse or experiencing mood disorder.

I believe that mental health treatment shouldn’t feel scary or dreadful. Counseling should be engaging, enlightening, and enjoyable as you learn more about yourself and your relationship. My approach ensures you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your concerns, clearly defined next steps, and a toolbox of practical skills.
