About

It’s not always one major rupture. Oftentimes, couples find themselves having the same fight on repeat without ever fully resolving it. Conversations are more strained, and over time emotional closeness becomes harder to access.
Many couples begin to feel more like roommates or co-managers than emotional partners. You still love each other, but life has slowly overtaken the relationship.

The couples I work with are not lacking effort or commitment. More often, they are navigating the impact of caregiving demands, trauma histories, parenting stress, reproductive transitions, or major life changes that leave little space for the relationship itself. What develops is not a lack of love, but a loss of ease, emotional safety, and connection.

In our work together, I help couples slow down these patterns and understand what is happening beneath the surface of conflict or distance. I use the Gottman Method alongside trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches to support both insight and change, helping partners move from automatic reactions into more intentional and connected ways of relating.

Some couples come in during a period of strain or transition, while others arrive after years of slowly drifting apart while still building a life together. In both cases, the goal is not performance or perfection, but reconnection, repair, and the ability to feel like a team again.

I also offer couples intensives for those who want focused, extended work and meaningful momentum in a shorter timeframe, as well as workshops for couples looking for structured support.

The goal is not simply to reduce conflict, but to rebuild a relationship that can hold the complexity of real life while still feeling emotionally safe, connected, and on the same side.
