I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology and a second master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. With over 15 years' experience as a clinician, using the Gottman Method with couples has been an indispensable tool that has helped many couples improve their communication, connection, and problem-solving approach leading to increased satisfaction.

I have worked with couples to heal from affairs and recreate a new relationship. I have also assisted many couples move away from perpetual fighting habits to effective communication and compromise. The Gottman Method provides an abundance of research-based interventions to help couples break unhealthy patterns that have left their relationship with feelings of resentment, distance and distrust to rebuilding admiration, connection, and trust.

I am certified in Mindfulness Facilitation and use mindfulness aware to address emotion regulation and reduce escalating conflicts among couples.
