About
I help couples and individuals rebuild trust, connection, and intimacy after challenging relationship experiences.
As a Board-Certified Diplomate Sexologist and trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in supporting couples navigating partner betrayal, affairs, and sex addiction. I also work with individuals recovering from betrayal trauma, helping them heal, establish healthy boundaries, and regain self-confidence.
Using the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and evidence-based practices, I create a safe, compassionate space where both partners feel heard and understood. I help couples improve communication, manage conflict, and deepen emotional and sexual connection, while guiding individuals through the complex impact of betrayal and trauma.
My approach is warm, practical, and empowering. I provide tools and strategies that foster trust, restore intimacy, and promote lasting relational growth. Whether you are struggling with infidelity, sexual trauma, or disconnection, I walk alongside you to create meaningful change and help your relationship—and yourself—thrive.
