My approach to therapy is client-centered, systemic, and holistic. I work collaboratively with couples to develop a personalized plan for Discovering Bliss™

I am passionate about helping couples rekindle the flame in their relationship, transform their relationship, revitalize their marriages, and overcome betrayal and rebuild their relationship after infidelity.

As your therapist, I create a safe, non-judgmental, non-bias, compassionate space for you and your partner to heal and thrive.

In addition to my expertise, I have advanced training in marriage and family therapy, including a PhD, and have completed level three training of the Gottman Method approach to couples therapy.
