Couples Therapy:
Are you and your partner stuck in conflict loops that you can’t get out of? Are you struggling to communicate and understand each other? Are you feeling emotionally disconnected and withdrawn? I help couples learn how to communicate and build a more peaceful and loving relationship.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities, such as the Gottman Method and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I help couples learn how to improve communication, navigate conflicts, rebuild trust, repair from past hurt and improve their friendship, connection and intimacy. I provide guidance and practical tools that can make real and lasting differences in your relationship.

The process starts with comprehensive assessment of your relationship, including an online questionnaire that gathers information about your relationship’s strengths and challenges. From there, therapy goals and a tailored treatment plan are developed. You will learn a new framework to help you understand your relationship, it’s strengths and challenges, and learn tools to help you resolve your relationship concerns.

Individual Therapy:
Are you yearning for a profound connection with a significant other? Do you find dating exhausting or discouraging? Do you find yourself trapped in repetitive and ineffective relationship patterns? Are you grieving the loss of a relationship? Perhaps you find yourself individually stuck, grappling with the weight of anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and that persistent sense of inadequacy. Painful memories from your past may be persistently resurfacing, despite your efforts to push forward. I help individuals overcome their struggles and feel confident in their ability to heal from the past and tackle future hurdles.

The process starts with a specialized assessment. From there, goals and a tailored treatment plan are developed. You will learn a new framework to help you understand your challenges and learn new ways of thinking, behaving, and communicating.
