Dr. Pescosolido received a Doctorate in Psychology (Behavioral Science) with a focus on Child and Family Development from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rhode Island College. She is Level Three Gottman Method trained and is in the process of becoming a Gottman Certified Therapist. She has also completed both the Externship and Core Skills training for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
