The Stirling team believe everyone has the capacity for change & are committed to providing high quality, actionable help.
Katie works exclusively with couples & enjoys providing tailored couples therapy retreats. Exclusive retreats are ideal for couples who need the individualised support of an experienced couples therapist. It's the perfect way to escape everyday distractions & access an intensive form of couples therapy, offered across 3 days in Bali & Australia.
Katie understands couples want a holistic, integrated approach tailored to their individual needs & a growing evidence-base supports the effectiveness of such a model. Some couples want to access practical relationship tips from the comfort of their home, whereas others need a more intensive approach to rapidly work through relationship blockages. Stirling Relationships offers a range of relationship solutions from relationship strategy cards, through to online programs - there is a solution that works for every couple.
