In my work with couples I draw on my thorough training in the Gottman Method, as well as my training in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (I am fully certified in both modalities). I also utilize other resources, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative Sex Therapy, and even my own successful marriage of 30+ years.
