I am passionate about helping couples establish strong foundations so they can not only withstand difficult times, but also grow and thrive over time. I draw on my thorough training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as well as my training in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (I am fully certified in both modalities), in addition to my two decades of experience as a therapist (not to mention my own successful 30+year marriage). My goal is to help steer couples through difficult times, guiding them to deepen the intimacy and connection in their relationship, while also helping them learn to manage conflict in a healthy, positive manner.
