I am here for you. My promise to you is that you will not need an endless number of sessions to get to the heart of what is troubling you. From there, we will put a therapeutic plant together to help you feel good again. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence to help you feel safe and accepted, while equipping you with good tools.
I provide psychotherapy to individuals dealing with trauma, sadness, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, relationships difficulties, and professional/career challenges. I adapt my approach according to your individual needs drawing from a mix of approaches.
For couples therapy, I draw from the Gottman (Level 3) method which is supported by 35 years of couples research. I am also trained in Solutions Focused & Imago techniques. These approaches are designed to help couples reconnect and establish constructive tools for dialogue and common ground, while respecting each person’s individuality.
My years of training and experience allow me to tailor my therapeutic approach to the client's need. I offer genuine care and insightful questions to help you feel more optimistic and confident.
During therapy, I strive to create a caring and inviting atmosphere with an open heart and mind, to guide my clients towards greater insight and happiness.
