Dr. Sheena Karnani is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) licensed psychologist practicing in Hong Kong who is passionate about using clinical psychology to help clients from all walks of life. Having lived and worked in various parts of the world, she has experience with the way people from different cultures and backgrounds react to and process life events, such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma or a milestone moment.

Dr. Karnani utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches in her work such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, family systems, person-centered and positive psychology to support and cater to the individual needs of clients. She provides therapy to individuals, couples and families and works with children, adolescents and adults. Her belief is that each person has the ability to adapt and thrive with the right support system in place.
