Dr. Steele of ThriveNow has over thirty years in the SF Bay, LA, and Orange County, working with couples to courageously transform life’s obstacles into extraordinary opportunities for personal, relational and vocational growth.

Dr. Steele provides a safe, confidential, and caring environment designed around your personal goals. We will explore a variety of things together: feelings, beliefs, or behaviors; work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change; to better understand yourself, others, and the family you grew up in, establish personal/couple goals, and work toward your desired change.

Dr. Steele’s specializations include: pastoral counseling in strengthening marriages by utilizing The Gottman Method that combines the wisdom of over 40 years of clinical science and practice in your relationships.

Dr. Steele's credentials include a doctorate from Princeton Theological Seminary, NJ, emph. Industrial and Organizational Psychology, M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary. A former medical team member as a hospital clinical counseling practitioner (C.P.E. certified), certified Prepare and Enrich Couple’s Facilitator, a trained Executive Coach, trained as Relational Life Practitioner in RLT and Gottman Level 3 for couples.
