About
Relationships are the cornerstone of life. Have you drifted away from you partner over the years? Stuck in the same old arguments? Unable to make compromises together on everyday situations? Feeling lonely in your relationship? Not having any fun? Having problems with intimacy? Are you looking to regain kindness and love in your relationship?
It would be an honor if you allowed me to teach you skills and strategies to help you improve your relationship.
The number one thing couples fight about is communication. Behind any conflict is a chance to get to better know your partner. Many couples find themselves slipping into unhealthy communication patterns which involve: Criticism, Defensiveness, Contempt, and Stonewalling. I will teach you beneficial ways of communicating. There is hope for your relationship. Together we will come up with a plan based on the Gottman’s 40 yrs of research into what makes relationships work. I am here to help you to learn how to better communicate so you can get your needs met. We will work together on friendship and conflict interventions so you can move towards having an amazing relationship.
