About

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families and couples. Whether couples are experiencing conflict, disconnection, major life transitions, or recovering from betrayal, I provide a warm, balanced, and collaborative space where both partners feel heard and understood.
I believe that healthy relationships are one of the strongest protective factors for wellbeing. My goal is to help couples deepen their understanding of one another, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical skills that foster lasting connection. My therapeutic approach is informed by the Gottman Method and integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, Alongside relationship work, I have extensive experience supporting clients with trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, mood disorders, and emotional wellbeing.
Having lived and worked in Bosnia and Malaysia, alongside my own multicultural background, I have developed a deep appreciation for the ways culture, identity, family values, and life experiences shape relationships and mental health. I am passionate about providing culturally responsive and inclusive care that honours each person's unique story. My aim is to create a respectful, non-judgemental therapeutic environment where individuals and couples feel safe to explore challenges, build on their strengths, and create relationships that are fulfilling, resilient, and aligned with their shared values.
