I offer a therapeutic space where kindness, positive regard, humor, honesty, and culture meet.
Using the Gottman Method, I help couples build lasting connections and navigate complex relational dynamics through evidence-based tools. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my style is active, direct, and deeply respectful—focusing on practical interventions that break unhelpful patterns rather than just reflecting on them. I create a safe space for each partner.
My approach is culturally responsive, sex-positive, and non-judgmental. I work with couples across a wide spectrum of relationship structures and challenges, including LGBTQIA+, marital/pre-marital conflict, infidelity, non-monogamy, intimacy challenges, and life transitions. Grounded in trauma-informed care, I meet each partner with warmth and deep compassion.
I offer virtual telehealth sessions with weekend availability, providing accessible, affirming care for individuals and couples across New Mexico. Spanish language services are also available if you are able to navigate an English-speaking agency system as well. (¡Hablo español!).
